Approximately 1 to 1.75 lbs.
Cut 6 “ long.
Approximately $7.50/lb
Cooking directions: Probably braise or stew the Short Ribs after marinating for 12 - 24 hours in Milk ( 1%, 2%, whole, Buttermilk ). I like to put them in a crock pot in the milk and other seasonings and cook slowly.
