Cooking Suggestions Chicken Fried Steak
Place cutlets in milk (any kind) in a covered dish to marinate for 12 to 24 hours. To make chicken fried steak put a cup of flour in a small bowl and in another bowl 1 egg beaten with 2 tablespoons milk . Dip steak first in flour, then in egg and milk mixture , and again in the flour. Brown on both sides in hot fat. Cover: cook slowly 20 to 30 minutes.
