Loin Steaks (our choice of Bone-In-Ribeye, NY Strip, T-Bone , Sirloin, Denver Steak or Chuck Eye Steak)
Short Ribs , osso bucco , or meaty soup bones
Cooking Directions: Cook the roast in crock pot or deep baking dish in about 2 cups of milk (. Milk is a natural tenderizer and makes a wonderful gravy ). Braise stew meat and cook in about 11/2 cups milk. When browning ground meat always cover with lid to keep moisture in the dish. Marinate all steaks in milk (Buttermilk or whole milk preferred)about 12 to 24 hours even if it is tenderized.
